Contact support@roommates.com with the charge date, amount, and last 4 card digits to investigate unexpected charges. For iOS charges, contact Apple directly.

Upgrade to a Higher VIP Membership Tier

Upgrade your current VIP membership to a longer-term plan anytime. You receive a prorated credit for unused time, automatically applied to your new membership cost.

Reporting Fraudulent Apple/iOS Charges

Apple processes iOS app payments directly, so request refunds for unauthorized Roommates.com charges through Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Purchase a VIP Membership

Purchase a VIP membership using a credit card, debit card, Cash App Pay, your bank account via Link, or Amazon Pay directly from your Roommates.com account.

Can I use Roommates.com if I am a Landlord?

Roommates.com is for people who live with their roommates. Landlords renting vacant properties they don't reside in should visit ReputableRooms.com instead.

Managing Your iOS Subscription

Cancel your Roommates.com iOS subscription through Apple ID Settings, not the app. Refunds for iOS payments must be requested directly from Apple.

Change or Cancel an Upgraded Membership

Cancel your recurring Roommates.com VIP membership anytime from the VIP Membership page. You keep benefits until the end of your paid period.
